Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, high-volume or upscale preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage labor and control costs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House operations including service, guest relations, and floor management.
• Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor cost controls.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues with urgency and care.
• Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service execution.
• Support training programs and ongoing team development initiatives.
• Monitor and drive sales performance, including upselling and guest engagement strategies.
