Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in related management.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve per customer service standards.
• Monitor and supervise dining area setup and maintenance to meet quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff per Manager.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain safe facility environment including equipment, food handling, hygiene and cash control.
• Notify Manager of safety or quality issues.
