Job summary

Chief's on Broadway – Nashville, TN is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to support the Operations team and hourly staff. The role involves addressing guest inquiries, coordinating with vendors, and inspecting the venue for maintenance and cleanliness.

You will help set up shifts for success and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead service across bar, dining, retail, and events, train staff, and maintain menu pars.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making abilities for daily operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to high-level service quality and guest experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and POS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor support to bar, service, retail, and events across shifts.
• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, assign work stations, and maintain cleanliness.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and create memorable experiences.
• Assist with staff trainings and coaching of hourly employees.
• Maintain menus and promotional materials throughout the venue.
• Support interviewing and hiring processes when needed.
• Lead with a focus on revenue generation, profitability, and guest experience.
• Report guest issues to operations management and address maintenance needs.
