Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will ensure outstanding customer service, maintain cleanliness, train staff, and enforce food safety standards to provide a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and collaborate with the General Manager to uphold procedures, policies, and company values while delivering swift, friendly service and ensuring consistent quality for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to close shifts and work weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive communication across the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address issues professionally.
• Motivate staff to provide swift, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist the General Manager with enforcing store policies and procedures.
• Cover all shifts and support stations as needed.
• Organize, schedule and supervise team shifts.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Supervise employees and assist with tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to leadership.
