Ramen Tatsu-Ya is seeking a FOH Shift Lead to create a welcoming dining experience and ensure exceptional service for our guests. You will lead front-of-house stations, train teammates, and monitor operations to uphold our standards, with openings/closings and timekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid food manager and TABC certificates are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing procedures: manage setup and breakdown, ensure systems are operational, and audits.
• Station management: oversee front-of-house stations, ensure service standards, train staff.
• Training: provide guidance to new and existing team members on roles and standards.
• Guest services/hospitality: address guest needs, resolve complaints, maintain welcoming environment.
• Comps and voids: manage documentation and approvals.
• Clock-ins/outs: verify timekeeping for payroll.
• Labor and sales reports: review data to adjust shift staffing.
