Job summary

Tatsu Ramen in Los Angeles is hiring part-time servers to join our fast-casual ramen concept across four LA locations. We’re looking for passionate, energetic team players who thrive in a busy service environment and love delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, handling FOH tasks like hosting, food running, and bussing, maintaining a clean dining area, and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of server experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
• Work in various FOH areas: hosting, food running, to-go packing and hand off, and bussing.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while always providing a quality product and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and seek growth opportunities.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume to preserve a hospitable experience.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization.
• Serve happiness in the form of food and drinks.
• Greet guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Respond to customer needs or questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and communicate with management about issues.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary.
