Job summary

Ani is hiring a Shift Lead to guide front-of-house staff and maintain Ani's high service standards in our casual dining setting. You will train, coach, and supervise team members, ensuring smooth operations across dine-in, takeout, and delivery channels.

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Flexible schedule and teamwork are valued at Ani.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff and management to meet operational needs.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
• Manage flow of dine-in, takeout, and delivery sales channels.
• Open/close the restaurant as Supervisor on the floor.
