Ramen Tatsu-Ya Slaughter is hiring a To-Go Specialist to deliver accurate, organized pickup orders and ensure quality between kitchen and guest. You will verify order details, pack items correctly, and uphold Tatsu-Ya standards for presentation and packaging.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid Food Handlers certification (TABC not required unless location dictates).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet pickup guests promptly and verify order details.
• Ensure all to-go items are packed correctly and completely.
• Perform final quality checks on orders and presentation.
• Coordinate with BOH and FOH to manage ticket flow and wait times.
• Maintain organized to-go staging area and pickup shelf.
• Restock to-go supplies such as bowls, bags, utensils, and labels.
• Assist with opening/closing duties including station organization and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and allergen protocols.
