You will lead hiring and training, monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and work directly with the Director of Operations and Executive Chef/Partner to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff.
