Sessions West Coast Deli is seeking a proactive Restaurant Store Manager in Newport Beach to oversee daily operations, staff training, schedule management, and food-safety compliance. You will ensure guest satisfaction and respond to customer concerns while coordinating with the Director of Operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, hospitality supervision experience, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Screen, interview, hire and train staff.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Inspect kitchen hygiene and sanitation regularly.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage for health compliance.
• Check on guests to ensure food quality and service.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels.
• Place orders for restaurant goods and supplies.
• Monitor cash flow.
• Review customer surveys to improve service.
