Qualifications

• Ability to assist servers and manage guest requests.
• Maintain clean dining areas and follow health standards.
• Communicate daily specials clearly if asked.
• Read tickets and deliver food per service standards.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests.
• Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.
• Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements as directed.
• Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure water glasses are full throughout the meal.
• Accurately communicates the daily menu offering if requested.
• May read tickets and deliver food to assigned table or section according to Company service standards.
• Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management.
• Notifies supervisor of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
