Job summary

You will develop the restaurant team, cultivate community partnerships, and execute marketing plans while maintaining safety and service standards. The role requires prior experience, SERV Safe training, and flexibility to cover all restaurant hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year as Assistant General Manager for external candidates or 1 year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with recommendation for internal candidates.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in operation and growth of the Fazoli’s restaurant.
• Develop restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships and drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Maximize profitability through effective controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment for guests and team members.
