Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Shift Leader to supervise Drive-Thru, Front Counter, and Dining Room operations with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires strong customer service, coaching, and organizational skills, with a focus on developing Team Members and Trainers to Chick-fil-A standards. Friday and Saturday availability is required, and Sundays are closed.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and Lead Shifts consisting of 10-15 Team Members in FOH (Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room).
• Drive-Thru: lead team to deliver outstanding service.
• Front Counter: create a welcoming atmosphere and high satisfaction.
• Dining Room: maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards.
• Assist in training FOH Team Members and Trainers to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be able to perform and train on every FOH operation.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for accuracy.
• Foster care, accountability, and growth within the Front of House team.
• Establish open and effective communication with Team Members and leaders.
