Job summary

Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and guest service. This full‑time role involves supervising team members, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering consistent, high‑quality experiences for guests.

Candidates should have strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to work weekends. A minimum of 1 year of restaurant leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hard‑working and team‑oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work any time including Saturdays.
• One year of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service (serving, bagging, prepping, cooking etc. in a timely manner).
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area (kitchen, hospitality or drive‑thru).
• Maintain labor and productivity goals.
• Stock proactively throughout the shift and assist team as necessary.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards.
• Assisting with catering and/or making deliveries.
• Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder.

Requirements:

• You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests
• Have at least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Inventory management
• End-of-Month counts and input
• Maintaining accurate transfer logs
• Effective & efficient ordering
• Maintaining a LEAN production environment
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and facilities
• Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on set schedule.
