Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and train front-of-house staff for all shifts.
• Create effective schedules and manage labor during peak hours.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Coach staff on service quality and procedures.
• Maintain quality and safety controls across the operation.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and POS policies.
• Work with diverse team members and guests to resolve issues.
• Diffuse tense situations and address unruly behavior as needed.
