Job summary

Be Right Burger at Dulles International Airport is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee daily operations, guest service, and profit and loss. You will lead a team, ensure brand standards, and manage inventory in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will drive financial performance, coach staff, and maintain food safety and quality across all shift activities. This role requires strong leadership and communication in a high-volume location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience in restaurant management with ability to analyze P&L and sales reports.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day unit operations including cost, revenue, labor and inventory control.
• Supervises Assistant Managers and staff; ensures proper staffing and opening procedures.
• Reviews P&L statements and reports; provides analysis to management; acts on variances.
• Maintains quality control records and oversees food safety, sanitation, and loss prevention.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, brand/concept, and regulatory requirements.
