- Adhere to MCA/Brand operating procedures and ensure policy compliance
- Attend and contribute to management meetings
- Lead pre/post-shift meetings and communicate staff updates
- Record deliveries and reconcile inventories with POs
- Ensure stock levels, proper storage temperatures, and product presentation
- Balance cash and prepare end-of-night reports; ensure accurate transactions
- Strive to increase revenue through operational improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in restaurant, market, and bar
