RER Restaurant Enterprise LLC is seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager to oversee the Dine-In, Carry Out, Drive-Thru, and Third Party experiences, aligning with FOH Directors to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, guest-centered environment.

You will lead a team, enforce policies, and drive Winning Hearts Everyday through practical standards, accountable checklists, and continuous improvement across FOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House operations and lead shifts with excellence.
• Enforce team policies and procedures during shifts.
• Deliver high standards of customer service for quick, positive dining experiences.
• Ensure team members follow Winning Hearts Everyday and complete VSBL/checklists.
• Manage designated FOH areas and support CEM/roadmap goals.
