Job summary

Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a fast-paced FOH team in a franchise setting. You will hire, train, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders and hourly supervisors, aiming for guest satisfaction and budgeted labor costs.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area while upholding alcohol service standards and brand guidelines. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive sales, staff development, and exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and POS systems.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create, lead, and manage a positive restaurant culture.
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Lead and deliver a guest-focused experience.
• Schedule FOH staff per budgeted targets and service goals.
• Maintain a sanitary and welcoming guest environment.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Manage alcohol service per Serve Safe guidelines.
