Job summary

ACT1 Federal in Patuxent River, MD is seeking an experienced FMS Analyst to support Foreign Military Sales programs. You will coordinate with the Security Cooperation team and assist the Case Manager in analyzing FMS casework in line with ITAR and SAMM.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of DoD/FMS experience, and a SECRET clearance. DUTIES include LOA data packages, MILS/DLMS documentation, and liaison with DoD and foreign partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant DoD/FMS focus.
• Minimum two years of experience performing FMS duties.
• Experience with DSAMS and DoD acquisition policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FMS casework in accordance with ITAR, SAMM, and ACSA.
• Prepare LOA/P&A data packages and respond to LORs in DSAMS.
• Develop MILS/DLMS or MILSTRIP documents and manage requisitions.
• Draft congressional notifications and conduct foreign disclosure considerations.
