ACT1 Federal LLC. is recruiting a motivated FMS Program Analyst to support Foreign Military Sales programs for DoD customers. The role involves coordinating with the Security Cooperation team, preparing data packages in DSAMS, and ensuring compliance with ITAR and SAMM guidelines.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of FMS experience, DSAMS proficiency, and a SECRET clearance. The work model allows remote or hybrid arrangements with periodic site involvement at ACT1 facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience performing FMS duties.
• Experience with DoD and SECNAV instructions and FMS policies.
• Experience with DSAMS (Defense Security Assistance Management System).
• SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze LOA documentation requirements and prepare P&A or LOA data packages in DSAMS.
• Support MILS/DLMS and MILSTRIP documentation, requisitions, and project directives.
• Draft responses to RFIs and develop Total Package Approaches for FMS/DCS blends.
• Draft Congressional notifications and conduct release readiness analyses of hardware/software data.
• Develop executive briefs for senior DoD and foreign counterparts.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings and track action items to closure.
• Assist with CDRLs and dissemination of contract deliverables.
