Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Management Analyst to support a DoD program office. The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave budgeting, funding documents, and FMS-case analysis with a requirement for an active Secret clearance.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior DoD experience and DoD financial system familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing financial, business, or analytical support.
• Active Full Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of FMS financial operations including LOAs and authorization concepts.
• Experience supporting cradle-to-grave budget execution and funds tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and analytical support to a DoD FMS program office.
• Draft and execute funding documents (TLSs, MIPRs, Air Force Form 9, MORDs, travel orders).
• Maintain financial documentation, research data, and provide timely reporting to leadership.
• Support 8242 FMS case analysis, reconciliation, and audit activities.
