Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst in Maryland. The role requires an active Secret clearance and involves coordinating complex international tasks and Security Cooperation efforts while supporting program planning, evaluation, and financial management functions.

Key duties include interagency liaison, end-to-end FMS case ownership, and data systems management to support senior leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• Preferred fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.
• Experience: 3–10 years of financial experience in a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate organizational tasks within ETMS2 to achieve total mission compliance.
• Serve as the principal POC for all international and FMS actions from external DoD entities, including DASA, DSCA, SECARMY, AAE, PAEs, ICOs, and CPEs.
• Collaborate with PMs to develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end ownership of FMS cases.
• Coordinate visits via VAR and conduct disclosure reviews for Partner Nations.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to standardize Security Cooperation processes and practices.
• Provide analytical support to financial leadership during the SAPBR cycle.
• Maintain and optimize FMS case tracking mechanisms for senior leadership reporting.
