Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Intl Relations/Business/Global Studies/Intl Law.
• 5+ years of FMS experience in developing/fielding/sustaining systems, ISR ops, or related.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute/support FMS case lifecycle from initiation to closure and policy actions.
• Assist on international agreements (MOAs/MOUs/DEAs), IPT/WG participation, program reviews, risk tracking, acquisition docs, and presentations; non-voting support to contract admin actions (no OCI).
