Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC (ADV) is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst – Logistics Analyst II to support DSCA OPS/GEX. The role involves coordinating FMS case activities, tracking actions and documentation, and providing program management support to DSCA mission requirements.

The position is hybrid, with three days in Arlington, VA, and two days remote. The ideal candidate will have five+ years in DoD Security Cooperation or FMS, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting DoD Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, or related policy coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with DoD/military-style writing conventions and prepared staff materials.

Responsibilities

• Support FMS and DSCA OPS/GEX program activities and case coordination.
• Track documents, actions, milestones, and suspenses; follow up with action officials.
• Provide status updates to management and stakeholders across DSCA and SCOs.
• Coordinate with DSCA, Combatant Commands, and partner-nation organizations.
• Prepare correspondence and staff products using DoD writing conventions.
