Job summary

Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC seeks a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst – Logistics Analyst II to support DSCA OPS/GEX. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the DSCA office in Arlington, VA and two days remote.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in DoD security cooperation, an active Secret clearance, and experience with FMS case coordination, LOAs, and DoD writing conventions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting DoD Security Cooperation/Foreign Military Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience in Security Cooperation community (DSCA, Combatant Commands, SCOs).
• Knowledge of FMS processes and policies.
• Experience with DoD/military-style writing and staff products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support FMS and DSCA OPS/GEX program activities.
• Coordinate FMS case actions, documentation, and suspenses.
• Track documents and milestones; follow up with action officials.
• Provide status updates to management.
• Coordinate with Security Cooperation stakeholders and DSCA entities.
• Support LOAs and international defense program coordination.
• Prepare correspondence and staff products using DoD conventions.
• Provide program management and coordination support for DSCA mission needs.
• Utilize Security Cooperation systems and tools for activities.
