Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to FMK's standard recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure the timely delivery and plating of dishes to maintain quality and presentation.
• Assist in the final preparations of dishes before they are sent to the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Uphold quality and sanitation standards in all food preparation and cooking processes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Assist in the inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
