Job summary

FMK Hospitality Group is seeking a Pizza Cook to join Papa Joe's Pizza in The Villages, FL. You will help prepare dough, sauce, toppings, and pizzas, operating ovens and other kitchen equipment safely to deliver high-quality products.

You’ll uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, work well in a fast-paced team, and strive for consistent presentation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to Papa Joe's recipes and standards.
• Portion ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients as needed.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members for accurate orders.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Take pride in quality and presentation of every order.
