• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments
• Ensuring orders are prepared and presented accurately
• Communicating with kitchen and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Offering assistance or recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Anticipating guests' needs and addressing questions or concerns
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and guest area
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Thanking guests for choosing FMK and inviting them to return
• Supporting training and development programs to grow with FMK
