Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Specialist Recruiter to join their FMCG and Retail division. This role, based in Upington, South Africa, focuses on sourcing and placing talent across sales, marketing, operations, merchandising, and management, and manages end-to-end recruitment while building strong client and candidate relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment within FMCG or Retail, excellent interviewing and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS and modern

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment, FMCG or Retail.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in sales, marketing, or operations.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG/Retail landscape and career paths.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Hybrid work model is acceptable.
