This role, based in Upington, South Africa, focuses on sourcing and placing talent across sales, marketing, operations, merchandising, and management, and manages end-to-end recruitment while building strong client and candidate relationships.

About the Role

This role, based in Upington, Northern Cape , is responsible for sourcing and placing talent across various functions within the FMCG and retail sectors, including sales, marketing, operations, merchandising, and management. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the success of this fast-paced industry segment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the offer negotiation process and facilitate the smooth onboarding of successful candidates.

• Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the FMCG or Retail sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in sales, marketing, or operational roles within these industries.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG/Retail landscape, including common career paths and required skill sets.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for client service.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
