Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Kimberley team. Focused on FMCG and Retail sectors, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, build client relationships, and source top talent in a fast-paced market.

You will work in a hybrid model, combining office presence in Kimberley with remote flexibility, while contributing to business development and market insights to support clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with focus on FMCG or Retail preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of FMCG/retail roles and career paths.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for FMCG and Retail roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in Kimberley and surrounding regions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain roles.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Provide clients with market insights and salary benchmarks.
