Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for the Upington region to drive sales and expand market penetration in FMCG. You will manage relationships with retail and wholesale clients, promote products, and provide excellent service while meeting quotas.

You will work in a hybrid model, balancing field activities with administrative duties, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Matriculation or equivalent required.
• A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand base.
• Promote and sell FMCG products and provide demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
• Handle order processing, reporting, and expense management.
