Job summary

You will develop, manage, and report on resource-loaded schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, and variances, coordinating across design, manufacturing, and supply chain groups.

The role emphasizes collaboration with NASA and internal teams to deliver milestones, with a focus on data-driven decision making, schedule integrity, and program performance reporting.

Qualifications

• ABET preferred (or equivalent) engineering degree.
• Experience in thermal/fluids systems, test engineering or PM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules within the IMS.
• Manage hardware status and demand across internal/external teams.
• Oversee budgets and capital equipment implementation.
• Collaborate across departments to collect data for decisions.
• Interface with NASA to provide tests schedule and insights.
• Maintain analytics and reporting tools for performance metrics.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive timely delivery to customer.
• Support program reviews and deliverables with clear expectations.
