Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a proactive program management professional to oversee test campaigns and flight component production within the Lunar Permanence unit. You will develop and manage resource-loaded schedules, budgets, staffing, and risks across the team and with NASA customers.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience in IMS, Jira/Confluence/SharePoint, and MS Office. Relocation and travel may be offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; ABET preferred.
  • 4+ years in thermal/fluids, test engineering, or project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; highly analytical.
  • Experience with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • US citizenship or eligible for U.S. employment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Project Schedule(s) within the IMS.
  • Manage hardware status for internal and external demand.
  • Manage budgets and capital equipment/project facilities.
  • Collaborate across departments to collect data for decision making.
  • Interface with NASA to provide schedules and testing insights.
  • Maintain analytics tools and reporting for performance metrics.
  • Reduce risks and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with business office to ensure timely delivery to customer.
  • Manage program metrics and reporting tools (budget, schedules, procurement, resource plans).
