Job summary

Quaker Houghton in Michigan seeks a senior program manager responsible for Fluidcare engagements at customer sites, driving targets, cost savings, and value through rigorous program execution.

You will lead site teams, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure EH&S compliance while renewing contracts and expanding product conversions. Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in manufacturing.
• At least three years in manufacturing and/or three years in Chemical Management or on-site service.
• One year of corporate customer relationship management experience, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills; ability to analyze data and ROI.
• Organized and able to manage multiple demands and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer senior management and execute Fluidcare program plans to achieve targets.
• Lead and manage site staff (exempt and non-exempt) per SOW.
• Develop employees; conduct training, performance reviews and talent assessments.
• Drive customer satisfaction through contract renewals, product conversions and value generation.
• Manage site operations to meet budget goals; oversee P&L and capital expenditure.
• Maintain EH&S performance and regulatory compliance for Fluidcare operations.
• Ensure reporting accuracy using ERP systems and data management tools.
