Quaker Houghton seeks a Site Manager for its Fluidcare program in Michigan. The role requires leading site staff, managing contracts, and delivering cost savings while maintaining EH&S standards. You will coordinate with customers at senior levels and drive renewals, product conversions, and value delivery.

The position demands strong communication, budgeting, and project-management skills, with a focus on safety, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.

Formación

• Minimum five years related experience, with at least three in manufacturing.
• Minimum one year in corporate customer relationship management, budgeting and P&L.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customer senior level management to meet program targets.
• Manage financial systems, budgets and contract scope of work.
• Develop site staff including safety and technical training.
• Lead customer renewals, product conversions and business development.
• Oversee reporting and data management using JDE, GSI, WERCS.
• Execute site profit plan and control operating costs.
• Ensure EH&S performance and compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and hazard awareness.
