Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a site leadership role to drive the Fluidcare program at the Manitowoc site. You will lead staff, manage the scope of work, and ensure contract adherence while delivering cost savings and value through program execution.

You will coordinate with customer senior level management, manage budgeting and P&L, and supervise both full-time and contract staff. EH&S performance and reporting will be part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• CMFS certification is a plus.
• Minimum five years related experience, including three in manufacturing or on-site service.
• Minimum one year corporate customer relationship management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead site staff and direct program execution per the contract and SOW.
• Manage customer relationships including renewals and value propositions.
• Oversee financials, budgeting, and P&L to meet budget goals.
