Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a senior site operations manager to drive the Fluidcare program at a customer site. You will lead site staff, coordinate safety and technical training, and ensure contract scope is met while delivering cost savings.

You will manage P&L, oversee EH&S performance, and maintain reporting accuracy using JDE, GSI, and WERCS. Strong communication and relationship management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification a plus.
• A minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing environment and/or three years of Chemical Management or other on-site service experience.
• Minimum of one year corporate customer relationship management experience, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Requires extensive interaction at all levels within the customer organization including customer senior level management.
• Ensure customer targets and results are achieved by executing Quaker Houghton’s Fluidcare program plans.
• Directly responsible for all EH&S performance for all Quaker Houghton Fluidcare related operations.
• Execute site level profit plan and manage costs to realize budget goals.
