Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Fluidcare program leader in Indiana to oversee on-site operations, drive cost savings, and manage the contract according to the SOW. The role requires strong customer relation skills and cross-functional leadership with site staff.

You will control financial performance, manage Tier II suppliers, ensure EH&S compliance, and report using ERP systems. This position entails extensive interaction with customer senior management and frequent program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification a plus.
• A minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing environment and/or three years of Chemical Management or other on-site service experience.
• Minimum of one year corporate customer relationship management experience, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer senior level management to align objectives and outcomes.
• Execute Quaker Houghton’s Fluidcare program plans to achieve targets.
• Manage and improve financial systems and methods, and oversee projects and customer relations per the contract/SOW.
• Provide leadership and direction to site staff (exempt and non-exempt) under the program.
• Drive customer satisfaction, support contract renewals, and foster product conversions within the value proposition.
• Control site profitability per the profit plan and manage operating costs to meet budget goals; address P&L and working capital issues.
• Ensure EH&S performance for all Fluidcare operations and maintain compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate reporting using ERP systems (JDE, GSI, WERCS) and ensure timely data distribution.
