Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. seeks a site operations leader to oversee the day-to-day and long-term chemical management program at a customer site. You will manage financials, contracts, and staff while ensuring EH&S and housekeeping standards are met.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, 5+ years in manufacturing or chemical management, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience.
• CMFS certification is a plus.
• Minimum five years related experience; at least three in manufacturing and/or three in chemical management/onsite service.
• CRM experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop site staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations of the chemical management program at the customer site.
• Maintain and improve processes related to chemicals; manage scope of work per contract/SOW.
• Lead site staff, hire/train, and conduct performance reviews; ensure EH&S and housekeeping standards.
• Manage customer relationships, renewals, cost savings, and product development within the program.
• Control P&L, working capital, and operating costs; drive value generation and project management.
