Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a site manager to oversee the chemical management program at a customer site. You will provide technical leadership, ensure contractual scope is met, and manage both full-time and contract staff to achieve cost savings and performance targets.

The role requires collaboration with customer senior leadership, budgeting, and P&L management, along with driving value generation and program improvements within the Fluidcare portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification a plus.
• Minimum five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing or on-site service experience.

Responsibilities

• Site management of day-to-day and long-term operation of a chemical management program at the customer site.
• Manage and improve financial systems and methods, budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead and develop site staff, oversee safety, training, and performance management.
