Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a site manager to oversee the chemical management program at a customer site in Michigan. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets and P&L, and drive cost savings while maintaining EH&S performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with senior client leadership and cross-functional teams to execute the Fluidcare program plans and deliver value through the contract scope of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification is a plus.
• Minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing and/or three years in Chemical Management/on-site service.
• Minimum of one year corporate customer relationship management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term operation of the chemical management program.
• Interact with customer senior level management and ensure targets are met.
• Lead and manage site staff and contract personnel.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, and financial systems.
• Drive cost savings and value generation.
• Maintain EH&S performance and risk reduction.
• Prepare client and internal reports and manage data.
