Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day and long-term operation of the Fluidcare program at a customer site in Michigan. You will provide leadership, safety oversight, and technical direction for chemical management, supervise site staff, and coordinate with customer senior management to meet contract scope and performance targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting and P&L oversight, project management, supplier coordination, and data reporting using ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent work experience.
• CMFS certification a plus.
• Minimum of five years related experience with at least three years in manufacturing and/or three years in Chemical Management on-site.
• At least one year corporate customer relationship management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term operation of the Fluidcare program at the customer site.
• Provide leadership, management and direction to site staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage and improve financial systems, budgets, and contract-based scope of work.
• Develop customer relationships and support contract renewals and product conversions.
