Job summary

SunSource is seeking an experienced Fluid Power sales professional to build and grow a defined territory in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to visits, quotations, negotiations and closing—while partnering with engineering and service teams to deliver value-added solutions.

You will nurture relationships with OEMs and industrial customers, leveraging CRM tools and field visits to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, with fluid power preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Build relationships with OEMs and industrial customers.
• Collaborate with service and engineering teams to tailor solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.
