Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Fluid Power Technical Support Representative to join our US service center network. You will advise internal teams and customers on fluid power solutions, assist with product recommendations and troubleshooting, and support growth initiatives through phone and email.

You will collaborate with Fluid Power Specialists and supplier reps, read mechanical drawings, and apply your hands-on experience to deliver technical answers and practical sourcing

Qualifications

• Fluid power knowledge and practical applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Customer interaction experience and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Fluid Power Specialists and internal teams to present fluid power solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support including product recommendations and troubleshooting.
• Assist in sourcing and quoting products and systems for internal customers.
• Act as a local technical expert within a service center and coordinate supplier interactions.
