Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Fluid Power Technical Support Representative to provide product and system technical support to US service centers and customers, driving solutions by phone and email. You’ll partner with Fluid Power Specialists and supplier reps to grow the business.

You should bring 3+ years of fluid power experience, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings while using MS Office tools.

Qualificações

• 3+ years fluid power experience including hydraulic and/or pneumatic.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiar with MS Office, including remote collaboration tools and strong written & verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with Fluid Power Specialists and supplier representatives to present fluid power solutions to internal sales associates and customers to drive new business.
• Provide services to internal customers: competitive interchanges, obsolescence replacement, dataset processing, product recommendations, quote products, arrange shop conversions, support shop build programs, and remotely troubleshoot applications.
• Provide technical assistance and presale support to fluid power specialists, service centers and external customers by answering inquiries and recommending products and technologies.
• Act as a local, technical fluid power expert in an assigned service center, facilitating supplier interactions with internal sales teams and customers.
• Assist in development of the fluid power knowledge base including applications, interchanges, case histories, and market activities.
