Applied Fluid Power is seeking a Fluid Power Technical Support Representative to provide product and system technical support to US service centers. You will build relationships with service teams and assist growth via phone and email, delivering expert guidance and problem solving for fluid power solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hydraulic/pneumatic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fluid power experience (hydraulic and/or pneumatic).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and system schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with fluid power specialists and internal teams to present fluid power solutions.
• Provide internal customer support: quotations, product recommendations, and data processing.
• Assist in shop conversions and remote troubleshooting of customer applications.
• Act as a local technical fluid power expert within a service center; facilitate supplier interactions.
