Job summary

Teleflora is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Paragould, AR. The role works on a hybrid schedule with some in-office and optional remote days, focused on selling Teleflora products to the largest network of retail florists worldwide.

The position offers an hourly wage with performance-based commissions and opportunities to increase income through contests. The team emphasizes collaboration, growth, and customer-focused selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling in a call center and sales environment with proven phone & sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a competitive mindset.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence and collaboration.
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, and systems.
• Develop and execute selling skills with supervisors to close sales and upsell.
• Establish daily rhythm with calls and meet targets as a team and individually.
• Exceed sales targets by managing calls, talk time, close rates, and units per sale.
• Build rapport with Teleflora florists and reinforce partner value.
• Provide feedback and participate in meetings and training programs.
• Be willing to work overtime during floral holidays and weekends as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
