Job summary

Teleflora in Oklahoma City is seeking an entry-level, fast-paced technical position to assist Teleflora florists via phone, email, and chat, supporting various application software, OS, and hardware.

You'll use active listening, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and educate users on features; fluent in English and Spanish; this hourly role offers growth opportunities within a large network of over 10,000 member florists.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal computers and operating systems.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist and troubleshoot Teleflora Florists with various application software packages, PC operating systems, and basic hardware via phone/email/chat.
• Log calls into the Call/Problem Tracking system.
• Meet or exceed department standards for effective call resolution and production.
• Escalate and direct customer calls as needed.
• Provide user feedback to management, quality assurance, and development.
• Perform all activities in compliance with audit standards in reliability, security, and quality.
• Prepare reporting as required.
• Perform other tasks as required.
• Work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Instruct customers on how to install and operate hardware and software.
